“Tell Us About Yourself”, Official Podcast of the National Archives of Game Show History, Now Looking For Guests

Have you been a contestant on a game show? Let’s talk.

“Tell Us About Yourself: Conversations with Game Show Contestants”, the celebrated podcast series produced by BuzzerBlog, is gearing up for a new season — and we’re looking for contestants from throughout the history of television to tell their stories.

Since its premiere in November 2022, Tell Us About Yourself has featured dozens of historic figures and luminaries from the world of TV game shows engaging in thoughtful and incisive interviews with game show historian Christian Carrion, himself a six-time contestant. Guests have included world trivia champion and Chaser Victoria Groce; “Temptation: The New Sale Of The Century” host Rossi Morreale; Mark Labbett and Anne Hegerty of ITV’s The Chase; star of “Perfect Bid: The Contestant Who Knew Too Much” Ted Slauson; anagram expert Neil Bines; Jeopardy champions Colby Burnett, Ben Ingram and Eddie Timanus; Blockbusters champion John Hatton; $500,000 Millionaire winner Ogi Ogas; Grammy-winninhg King of Polka Jimmy Sturr; and many more.

Tell Us About Yourself is a BuzzerBlog production in conjunction with the National Archives of Game Show History at the Strong National Museum of Play.
